Qualifications

• Graduate in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or related field.
• Proficiency in POD management, returns processing, and inventory documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office applications.
• Willing to work in Pasig City and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, and process POD documents from delivery operations.
• Ensure POD documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain organized filing and tracking of POD records (hardcopy and electronic).
• Receive, inspect, record, and secure returned products per company procedures.
• Update inventory and returns records in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and clients on POD discrepancies and returns issues.
• Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and document control procedures.
