Job summary

DHL Group is hiring for a warehouse/inventory role in the Philippines. The position involves receiving, verifying, and documenting shipments, plus picking, packing, and staging materials according to work orders. You will perform counts, update SAP records, and ensure accurate inventory movement with barcodes.

Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to start immediately in Cavite are required. Training on internal processes will be provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems is helpful.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping documents.
Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP 4/Hana).
Use barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking material movement.
Assist in labeling and storage of materials to prevent contamination or damage.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned storage areas.
Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Coordinate with other departments for material flow and issue resolution.
Utilize basic Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the warehouse.
