Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division in Mexico is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to manage domestic load coordination, monitor truck movement and ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires coordinating with couriers, sales and customer service, and handling paperwork.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Customs Certification and/or License.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Interacts daily with Couriers/Sales/Customer Service to coordinate load volumes for domestic services.
• Monitors loading and unloading of trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Formulates alternate plans as needed to include additional trucks.
• Coordinates delays, overflows, cancellations, and re-routes to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Leads and supports cargo handling employees.
• Manages routing through interline and feeders to ensure cargo arrival on time.
• Completes and maintains related paperwork and generates reports on operational metrics.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
