• Background in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage.
• Experience with Tender/Rate management, Sales and Commercial processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Excel – Intermediate to Advanced).
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Upload carrier rate sheets into the GPM system with accuracy.
• Maintain data input accuracy to prevent system errors.
• Escalate issues to Trade Lane Manager and propose solutions.
• Track tickets and ensure KPI-aligned completion.
• Follow SOPs for rate sheets updates and special instructions.
• Support reporting and respond to related queries.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Adapt to DSV MNL ISSC culture and team collaboration.
