POSITION TITLE: Logistics Supervisor

WORK LOCATION: Arca South, Taguig

WORK SETUP: Day Shift

SALARY: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Supervisor to join our team at a leading consumer electronics retailer. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our logistics and delivery activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires hands‑on supervision of logistics staff, routing and scheduling of delivery trucks, and coordination with warehouse and sales teams.

The Logistics Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, managing resources effectively, and ensuring excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

A. Logistics Operations & Routing

• Plan and coordinate delivery routes for trucks to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
• Monitor fleet performance and optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all logistics activities.

B. Staff Supervision & Team Management

• Supervise, coach, and motivate logistics staff, including drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reporting.

C. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth flow of products.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and staff to address operational issues or delays.
• Maintain good relationships with third‑party logistics partners or suppliers if applicable.

D. Inventory & Delivery Oversight

• Monitor stock movements and ensure accuracy in deliveries.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or delays promptly to management.
• Ensure all deliveries meet quality and safety standards.

E. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, routes, and resource utilization.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, routing, or distribution, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
• Hands‑on experience with truck scheduling and delivery planning.
• Strong team management and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software or basic Excel for route planning and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Arca South, Taguig.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
