You will identify decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, initiate conversations, nurture leads, and generate qualified opportunities, meeting daily and weekly KPIs while working US business hours from a remote

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist – Logistics to support our client’s lead generation and business development efforts. This role is heavily focused on LinkedIn prospecting, B2B outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.

The ideal candidate can identify decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, initiate conversations, nurture leads, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily LinkedIn prospecting within the logistics, transportation, freight, and shipping industries.
• Research companies and identify key decision-makers and potential clients.
• Build and maintain targeted B2B prospect lists.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects and convert conversations into qualified leads and appointments.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools when available.
• Conduct email and other outbound campaigns as needed.
• Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and results in the CRM.
• Engage with relevant LinkedIn content and communities to generate opportunities.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs for outreach, leads, and appointments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, appointment setting, or similar roles.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations.
• Experience with CRM and sales/prospecting tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work US Business Hours.
