Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services related to logistics and retail offerings
• Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status, and delivery inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Process transactions, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and call documentation
• Follow company scripts and procedures whilst adapting communication to meet individual customer needs
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and attendance requirements
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
