Job summary

The role focuses on managing procurement activities, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records across warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in logistics or procurement, is proficient in Excel and ERP systems, and can negotiate with suppliers while ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing processes, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, supplier transactions, and material deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment requirements.
• Manage logistics schedules, shipping documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare logistics and procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
