Job summary

Prime Global Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Bulacan. You will manage end-to-end procurement, prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support production plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, negotiating terms, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, SCM, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong procurement knowledge with PO processing experience.
• Analytical skills for cost assessment and sourcing decisions.
• Excellent organizational and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office and procurement or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of materials through effective supply management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Suppliers.
• Prepare monthly raw material purchase plans.
• Provide the organization with a diverse pool of qualified suppliers through strategic sourcing.
• Develop procurement strategy to ensure material supply with quality at lower cost.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate terms.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and communicate openly.
• Oversee procurement to meet customer and supplier expectations.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and monitor performance.
