Job summary

Yngen Datacom Corp. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator & Analyst to support procurement, supplier coordination, invoice processing, reporting, and other supply chain activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with internal teams and external suppliers. You will handle non-food procurement, monitor delivery schedules, maintain records, process invoices, and generate KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience with international teams or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-food procurement requirements for recurring orders and new site deployments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate and updated procurement and purchasing records.
• Process incoming invoices and verify details against purchase orders.
• Route invoices for approval and coordinate resolution of discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain and update menus across relevant systems and sites.
• Coordinate changes with internal stakeholders and ensure updates are implemented accurately.
• Prepare and maintain regular KPI and operational reports.
• Monitor data and performance metrics, identify variances, and escalate to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day supply chain operations.
