Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst in the Philippines to contribute to the Global Procurement and Payments function. You will support day-to-day procurement activities, ensure compliance with policies, and guide business partners on procurement processes and systems.

The role requires 3+ years in operational procurement, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational procurement experience.
• Knowledge of purchase requisition, purchase order, receiving processes, and contract management.
• Experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
• Excellent client service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while exercising judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage operational procurement activities, including PO issuance, supplier contract inventory, execution, and renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate supplier contract data and catalogue items within procurement systems (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA).
• Operationalize contract terms and support compliance with procurement policies and approvals.
• Provide guidance, training, and consulting to stakeholders on procurement processes and systems.
• Respond to business partner inquiries and facilitate issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement workflows.
• Generate, review, and action reports (e.g., open POs, exceptions).
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
