Job summary

Copeland is a global climate technologies company delivering HVACR solutions and related services. The Spend Logistics Analyst will manage global freight payment and audit processes, coordinate with SCO programs, and maintain program metrics and spend analytics.

The role requires 2 years in Supply Chain/Logistics or Analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate with the global program management team.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field and 2 years in supply chain/logistics or analytics.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; strong data reporting skills.
• Strong communication and English language proficiency with global teams.
• Experience with Power BI or Sigma for dashboards.
• Root cause analysis and process improvement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend visibility process execution and improvement: manage payment queues and ensure timely approvals; resolve issues with third-party systems.
• Accounting and finance support: allocate global freight expense to GL codes; ensure compliance.
• Analytics and reporting: develop dashboards and metrics; present materials to management; drive business improvements.
