Job summary

Mondiale VGL is seeking a logistics data entry professional to accurately input shipment details, review documents, and maintain records in CargoWise. You will coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

The role requires 1–4 years in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably supporting logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• Experience with CargoWise is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input shipment details, including consignee information, transport details, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Review shipping documents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to registration.
• Maintain and update shipment records within CargoWise.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment information and documentation requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and registration issues.
• Ensure all import files are processed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor workflow queues and prioritize urgent shipments as required.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries.
• Follow proper steps as per the given standard operating procedure.
