Job summary

Compliant Business Processing is hiring a Process Specialist in the Philippines to support freight forwarding operations using CargoWise One. Focus areas include data entry within SLA, ETAs, shipment registration, invoicing, and document management.

The role requires knowledge of EDI, Incoterms, and experience in a freight/brokerage environment, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related courses.
• Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems.
• Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm.
• Primary duty is to enter data within the SLA.
• Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents.
