Responsibilities

• Create and manage tasks in ClickUp for incoming logistics jobs.
• Enter new job details into POD software to keep drivers informed.
• Respond to customer emails regarding shipment and load status.
• Answer phone calls from customers about delivery status and inquiries.
• Make outgoing calls to customers for updates or sales-related conversations.
• Support daily warehouse and delivery coordination tasks.
• Assist with process improvements as automation expands.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
