Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in logistics or related field.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Organised with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and eager to learn.
• Minimum 500 internship hours.
• Basic understanding of logistics processes.
• Familiar with spreadsheets and trackers.
• Awareness of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and administrative activities aligned with team priorities.
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipment, customer and operational docs.
• Update trackers, reports and system records from team inputs.
• Coordinate routine follow-ups with internal teams and customers/partners.
• Follow SOPs, internal controls, data privacy, and company policies.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate exceptions or risks when needed.
• Participate in meetings, learning sessions and process-improvement activities.
• Complete other internship-related tasks as directed by supervisor.
