The role emphasizes data analysis, problem solving, and strengthening the company's logistics system. You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing; review logistics reports; monitor inventory for shortages; validate schedules and routing; and support the Logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with dispatch, routing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming materials, dispatch, and deliveries
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing
• Review logistics reports and provide analysis and recommendations
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages
• Validate schedules, truck assignments, and routing
• Ensure accuracy of DRs, trip tickets, and delivery documentation
• Resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues
• Source, evaluate, and recommend new Third-Party Logistics (TPL) partners and shippers
• Propose efficiency improvements in the logistics workflow
• Support and guide the Logistics Coordinator; assist the Supervisor when needed
