Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a logistics professional to manage supplier relations, oversee impex processes, and ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.

The role covers PEZA documentation, shipment coordination, cost analysis, and cross-department collaboration to meet customer requirements. Candidates should be Filipino, proficient in English, with a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing and 1–2 years in logistics or customer service.

Qualifications

• Filipino citizen.
• Proficiency in English (for internal communication and documentation).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or customer service (manufacturing or packaging a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and manage logistics suppliers to ensure timeliness, accuracy and economy of logistics services.
• Impex process and shipment follow up with broker/forwarder.
• PEZA documents preparation and monitoring (LOA, LOI, Delivery, ECAI, GTSB, etc).
• PEZA EZMPR reports preparation.
• Arrange product delivery plan, ensure on-time and safe deliveries; prepare DR/Invoice/PEZA documents with delivery.
• Communicate with customers and provide timely solutions for abnormal situations such as cargo loss or damage.
• Coordinate with other departments for customer requirements (plan changes, demand forecast, technical support, etc).
• Regularly analyze logistics costs, propose optimization and reduce logistics costs.
• RM purchasing — PO, delivery follow up, payment.
• Customer PO management (records, balances).

Requirements
