Job summary

LogiCore Express is seeking a Business Development Manager in Metro Manila to drive growth in the logistics and freight sector by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. You will identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and collaborate with Operations to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires 3–5 years in BD or sales, excellent communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. A degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and sales skills.
• Results-driven and proactive.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Find and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Work closely with Operations and other teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and develop key accounts and business partnerships.
