Job summary

Acestar International Service Corp. is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to support marketing and business development activities, build and maintain client relationships, identify potential clients, present logistics services, and coordinate with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interfacing with clients, conducting presentations, and coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or Logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or transportation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and business prospects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and client-oriented Marketing Associate to support the company's marketing and business development activities.

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential clients, presenting the company's logistics services, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interfacing with clients, conducting presentations or meetings, communicating with prospective customers, and coordinating with different departments to address client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and business prospects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, calls, and presentations to introduce the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Assist in generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding inquiries, proposals, quotations, and services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and other departments to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations, proposals, company profiles, quotations, and other client-related materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry opportunities, and competitors.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, business events, exhibits, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client contacts, leads, inquiries, meetings, and marketing activities.
• Monitor and follow up on leads and potential business opportunities.
• Assist in managing the company's social media and other marketing platforms when necessary.
• Perform other marketing, client relations, and business development tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or Logistics.
• Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or transportation industry is an advantage.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating and dealing with clients and prospective customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to conduct client presentations, meetings, and business discussions professionally.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism.
• Proactive in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Willing to conduct client visits and attend business meetings or events when required.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics/freight forwarding environment.
