Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a results-driven logistics professional to optimize warehouse order waving, load planning, and dispatch coordination at the Davao Regional Distribution Center. The role emphasizes accurate WMS usage, inventory control, and timely communications with multiple stakeholders.

You will analyze operational trends, support continuous improvements, and help ensure SLA commitments while working on-site in Davao City.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics planning, or dispatch.
Experience with WMS, order management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and execute daily order waving activities based on shipment schedules and warehouse capacity.
Release picking, replenishment, and inventory movements using the WMS.
Monitor order progress and adjust wave releases to optimize resources and service levels.
Develop efficient load plans to maximize vehicle utilization and meet delivery schedules.
Coordinate with transport providers to ensure on-time departures and resolve dispatch issues.
Monitor outbound shipments and ensure compliance with loading requirements.
Track KPIs such as cycle time, dispatch accuracy, and on-time performance.
Act as the main liaison between warehouse, transportation, customer service, and inventory teams.
