Job summary

Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing Inc. is recruiting for an on-site Logistics Officer in Marikina. The role requires 3–5 years in logistics with 1–2 years in supervision, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong fleet management and process improvement capabilities.

You will oversee daily delivery scheduling, 3PL coordination, and KPI-driven performance, while ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effective operations in a fast-paced environment. HR support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning, fleet management, distribution and 3PL management.

Responsibilities

• Review daily sales orders and approve or adjust delivery schedules and vehicle allocations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure fleet availability and operational readiness.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards across delivery operations.
• Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to address delivery issues and optimize routes.
• Ensure accurate execution of delivery plans while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high service levels.
• Investigate delays and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and recommend process improvements.
