In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee risk-based contracting, liaise with government agencies to maximize duty-free benefits, and conduct site/port operations for major transshipments.
Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions, track international trade trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations.
Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, guiding analysts on optimal transport routes, crafting scopes of work, and ensuring timely clearance through Customs.
Liaise with government agencies (e.g., DOE, BOC, BOI, DOF) to maximize duty exemptions and Free Trade Agreement benefits.
Oversee site and port operations for major transshipments, rig/drilling equipment mobilizations, and heavy equipment transfers while maintaining safety compliance.
Source, evaluate, and monitor service providers (freight forwarders, brokers, haulers) through established KPIs, contract compliance, and invoice processing.
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Engineering, or a business-related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in logistics operations, customs administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in import/export operations, customs procedures, international trade compliance, transportation management, and ERP systems.
