Job summary

CTK Asia Rubber Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a logistics and procurement coordinator responsible for import/export activities, vessel bookings, container coordination, and port operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2–5 years in logistics. You will prepare shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO), coordinate with liners, forwarders, brokers, and suppliers, and monitor ETD/ETA and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Logistics / Import & Export / Procurement.
• Export manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping lines, freight forwarders, trucking, and customs brokers preferred.
• Knowledge of BL, COO, shipping documents, and container shipments.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export/import shipments, vessel bookings, containers, trucking, and port operations.
• Prepare and check shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, trucking firms, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETD/ETA, container status, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records.
• Source and purchase packaging materials, consumables, spare parts, and other needs.
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and issue POs.
• Monitor deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
• Assist in controlling logistics and procurement costs.

About the role
