Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support RC operations across hubs. You will assist manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation, and parcel sorting to designated hubs.

You will monitor RC performance toward KPIs, create and validate reports, and assist the Customer Support team with escalations. The role requires leadership in a warehouse or hub environment and willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse, and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Strong communication and coordination with internal and external teams.
• Experience leading a warehouse or hub team.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Intermediate Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster and work shifts.
• Administrative mindset for hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection.
• Support RC KPI productivity and performance monitoring.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost RC productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.
