Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Lead briefings, weekly staff meetings, and assess performance.
• Drive continuous KPI improvement for the hub.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to support agency teams.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle additional hub operations tasks as needed.
