Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Support professional to coordinate vehicle supply, dispatch confirmation, and real-time validation of commitments, bridging planning and execution.

You will update trackers, escalate gaps, manage site personnel, and ensure KPIs are met through proactive communication with agencies and operations during Go-lives and critical hours.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Capable of guiding multiple site personnel.
• Ability to travel occasionally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Make daily communications to agencies to confirm manpower dispatch based on plan.
• Update live trackers to reflect confirmed headcount and status.
• Escalate no-shows, delays, or under-commitments to agencies.
• Coordinate with Operations on deployment and manpower/truck status.
• Log deployments and recovery actions taken during shortfalls and emergencies.
• Ensure site and personnel readiness during Go-lives or ramp up.
• Ensure asset/truck readiness and proper communications with maintenance for repairs and escalations.
