Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor in the Philippines to support day-to-day hub activities across first and last mile, inbounding, sorting, and dispatch. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and drive KPI performance.

You will lead a team, coordinate with agency coordinators, manage payments processing, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across clusters is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years of logistics, warehouse and distribution experience.
Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
Experience in payments processing or similar function.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
Create, review and validate hub reports.
Support Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Perform other hub operations tasks as required.
