Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. seeks a Logistics Manager to lead the Logistics Section and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations.
You will oversee tactical planning, risk management, digitalization initiatives, and cost control across freight, storage, and fleet activities, while driving ISO compliance and performance improvements.
1.1. Contributes in creation and developing of Tactical Plan and Resource Plan aligns with the Balance Score Card and company objectives.
1.2. Contributes in Tactical Risk and Opportunity Management and recommends action plan based on the identified SIPOC and approved Tactical Plan.
1.3. Provides operational direction to the Logistics Section in day-to-day activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams to ensure quality standards are understood and integrated into all phases of production.
1.5. Provides solution and decisions in day-to-day challenges. Reports challenges and recommends opportunities for improvement to the
TOMG OIC/Manager. 2. Performance Management
2.1. Reports the status of the developed action plan based on Tactical Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM).
2.2. Submit reports on the result of monthly KPI and action plan based on Tactical Plan and objectives with recommendation for improvement
on the identified challenges.
2.3. Delegate responsibilities and monitor performance via KPIs.
2.4. Manage and oversee daily tasks, monitors operations and ensure quality and safety in the work aeras.
2.5. Supervises the team on the execution of assigned projects and compliance plans to meet departmental team output.
3.1. Lead and develop Logistics Section.
3.2. Assess capabilities and talents of Logistics employees through employee assessments - performance evaluation and competency management.
3.3. Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on quality assurance processes, tools, and standards to foster a quality- centric culture within the organization.
4.1. Ensures efficient use of Logistics spaces and resources. Ensures clear, safe and storage is maximized. 4.2. Monitors allocated resources for Logistics section.
4.3. Maintains and ensures that all logistics trucks are in good condition and are maximized.
Collaborate and communicate with other department to ensure cohesive end-to-end operations and develop immediate action.
6.1. Performs and implements digital transformation in Logistics Section such as ERP and other automation & digitalization-related.
7.1. Monitors and validates freight costs based on approved rates, routes, and delivery requirements. 7.2. Reviews freight invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
7.3. Monitors freight expenses against the approved logistics budget.
7.5. Coordinates with Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and TPL providers regarding freight cost concerns.
7.4. Analyzes freight cost variances and identifies unusual or excessive charges.
7.6. Prepares and submits freight cost reports and other required reports on time. 7.7. Maintains and secures complete freight cost and logistics-related documents and records.
7.8. Ensures timely submission of required delivery, freight, billing, and supporting documents.
7.9. Updates and maintains freight cost information in the ERP System and monitoring files.
7.10. Monitors TPL freight charges and compliance with approved rates and agreements.
7.11. Identifies opportunities to reduce freight costs and improve logistics cost efficiency.
7.12. Monitors and reports freight cost-related KPIs.
7.13. Ensures compliance with ISO-related procedures, documentation, and record requirements within the assigned function.
7.14. Supports internal and external audits and ensures timely completion of corrective actions related to the assigned process
