Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Manage internal material movement between warehouse and production
• Coordinate receiving, staging, storage, and dispatch activities
• Plan deliveries and coordinate vehicles and drivers
• Manage logistics documentation
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service departments
• Ensure material availability for production
• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers and project sites
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Supervise logistics personnel and maintain a reliable, cost-efficient logistics system

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing the efficient, safe, and cost-effective flow of materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods across Central Lumber Corporation's manufacturing and distribution operations. This includes overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, internal material movement between warehouse and production, receiving, staging, storage, dispatch, delivery planning, and coordination of vehicles, drivers, and logistics documentation to ensure smooth operational flow.
