Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, industrial engineering, transportation management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, fleet management, or related field.
• Experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, or distribution company is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in delivery planning, route scheduling, fleet monitoring, and inventory movement.
• Familiar with vehicle maintenance schedules and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring fuel consumption, mileage, trip records, and vehicle utilization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries and operational concerns.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling confidential company information.
• Willing to conduct field monitoring and inspections when necessary.
