Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator to supervise daily operations and ensure efficient delivery, vehicle, and warehouse coordination in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams to keep schedules and resources aligned.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics/operations, strong Excel/Word skills, and willingness to work weekends or holidays when operations demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays as operations require.

Responsibilities

• Operations and Logistics Coordination.
• Plan daily delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules while maximizing vehicle and manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Monitor schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Vehicle Management.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, cleanliness, and overall roadworthiness.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, inspections, and insurance claims.
• Ensure vehicle tools, safety equipment, and documents are complete and properly maintained.
• Warehouse & Inventory Coordination.
• Monitor inventory movement, quality checks, and warehouse organization.
• Monitor damages and losses and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Conduct periodic inventory and asset audits.
• Administrative & Process Support.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Coordinate Purchases, Payments, Permits, And Other Operational Requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other operations-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
