Fresh N' Famous Food Inc.- Chowking in the Philippines seeks a Logistics Specialist (3PL Operations Management) to oversee third‑party providers, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement. The role involves data collection, KPI dashboards, and ensuring contract adherence with 3PL partners.

The ideal candidate has a related degree and at least 1 year in warehouse operations, strong data analysis skills, and good communication to coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Management or engineering course or related field.
• At least 1 year of end-to-end warehouse operations experience.
• Strong data analysis with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, dashboards).
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deliverables.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data for KPIs (OTIF, IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, Reversal).
• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track and document 3PL compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and prepare reports/presentations.
• Provide basic data for logistics cost analyses.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials or services.
• Check compliance of partners on facilities management activities (security, housekeeping, etc.).
• Prepare management reports for HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.
