Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in fleet management.
• Familiarity with environmental transport policies or compliance standards is an advantage.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery schedules based on forecasted volume.
• Coordinate with Account Officers on schedules and required customer documents.
• Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators, Platform Officers, and Technicians on delivery planning and stock management.
• Oversee and manage site logistics activities including loading at customer sites, transport, shipping, and external warehousing.
• Monitor adherence of internal and third‑party fleets to logistics plans, ensuring compliance with transport, EH&S standards.
• Monitor inventory status (actual and SAP) and coordinate adjustments; control issuance of delivery authorizations.
• Plan and implement maintenance and improvement programs for fleet or facilities for efficiency and safety.
• Develop, strategize, and manage customer‑focused and cost‑effective logistical solutions.
