Job summary

Philippine Aslam Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a diligent logistics assistant to support the delivery operations. You will help supervise drivers and helpers, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products.

You will monitor loading/unloading, handle proper documentation, coordinate with Production, and ensure sanitation and safety compliance. This role supports multiple departments to meet customer requirements and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist to supervise and monitor the performance of drivers and helpers to ensure proper execution of assigned duties.
• Assist to plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics activities.
• Assist to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Assist to monitor loading, unloading, and proper handling of products and returnable containers.
• Ensure carboys, delivery vehicles, and logistics equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Check delivery documents, trip reports, and related records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments regarding product availability and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies.
