Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Marilao, Bulacan for a full-time role focused on optimizing fleet operations and logistics support. You will manage day-to-day fleet activities, track utilization, and ensure compliance and efficient vehicle management.

The ideal candidate has a logistics-related diploma or degree and proven experience with fleet management tools, plus strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with drivers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Equivalent qualification a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in fleet coordination, fleet management or a related logistics role.
• Strong proficiency with fleet management software and systems, and general computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with drivers, vendors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations and logistics industry standards.
• Problem-solving capability and the ability to respond promptly to operational challenges.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure all fleet vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance metrics and maintenance costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in tracking vehicle locations, mileage and utilization patterns using fleet management systems and technology.
• Process vehicle documentation including registration, insurance, permits and compliance records.
• Liaise with drivers to gather information on vehicle issues, accidents or maintenance requirements.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance, maintenance schedules and operational metrics for management review.
• Support the allocation of vehicles to routes and trips, optimizing efficiency and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with maintenance providers and vendors to arrange timely servicing and repairs.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
• Assist in implementing fleet safety protocols and providing driver support as required.
