MEDLOG Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Executive to strengthen our Finance and Accounting team. You will manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial records, and support reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance in a logistics environment.

You’ll handle AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and assist in month-end close, financial analysis, and audits. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to optimize costs and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience in AP, AR, GL functions.
• Familiarity with BIR compliance and taxation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Process and review accounting transactions for accuracy.
• Manage AP/AR, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist in financial statements and analysis.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and variances.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash management support.
• Ensure policy compliance and documentation.
• Support tax filings and BIR requirements.
• Assist audits and provide documentation.
• Maintain filing of financial documents.
• Identify process improvements.
