Job summary

Macferi OPC is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Pasig, Philippines, to manage outbound delivery activities, coordinate pre-trip inspections, truck positioning, loading and departure processes. The role emphasizes timely truck/crew availability and effective communication with logistics for status updates.

The position requires taking charge of pre-trip documents, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining dispatch monitoring files as part of KPI reviews.

Qualifications

• Previous similar work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office/Excel proficient.
• With driver's license and can drive motorcycle.
• Must have a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate truck queuing during loading activity.
• Ensure on-time truck and crew availability.
• Facilitate pre-trip inspection of trucks.
• Monitor the deliveries and provide regular status reports to logistics.
• Facilitate and resolve delivery issues and concerns.
• Prepare and submit petty cash liquidation.
• Prepare and update the dispatch monitoring file and generate needed reports for KPIs.
