Job summary

Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery and Dispatch Shift Supervisor to lead the delivery and dispatch team during the assigned shift, ensuring accurate dispatch, safe handling, and on-time deliveries across Central Luzon.

The role requires at least three years in a supervisory logistics or dispatch role, experience coordinating with third-party carriers, and strong leadership to coordinate schedules, routes, and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in a delivery, dispatch, distribution, or logistics supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise delivery and dispatch activities during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, vehicles, and personnel based on customer requirements and delivery priorities.
• Supervise dispatch personnel, drivers, helpers, and other delivery team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate and monitor third-party logistics and transport providers to ensure bookings and deliveries meet requirements.
• Arrange third-party vehicle bookings when needed and verify vehicle suitability.
• Oversee the loading and dispatch of products to ensure accurate quantities and safe transport.
• Monitor scheduled deliveries and address delays, vehicle concerns, and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and special instructions.
• Check delivery documents and proof of delivery for completeness and timely submission.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Endorse pending deliveries to the incoming shift to ensure continuity.
• Promote compliance with policies, safety, and transport regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency and coordination.
