Job summary

Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our Cebu-based operations. The role focuses on coordinating dispatch activities, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely product delivery to customers within approved procedures.

The position requires a degree in engineering or management and at least one year of warehousing experience. You will work with multiple departments to optimize routes and utilization of transport assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in distribution/warehousing.
• Required skills: Dispatch Operations, Inventory Monitoring, Transport Utilization.
• Willing to be assigned in the City of Naga, Cebu Province.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatching of products and manage inventory according to policies.
• Coordinate with Service Center, Logistics Planning & Transport for dispatch activities based on plans and orders.
• Ensure product availability through monitoring inventory movements and performing periodic reconciliations.
• Maximize truck utilization in a cost-effective way.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure safe and cost-efficient product delivery and customer service.
