Job summary

Qualifications

• Observe and ensure proper turnover between outgoing and incoming dispatchers.
• Achieve KPI targets for daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Coordinate loading, delivery, and trip allocation with sales/customers.
• Ensure presence of drivers and helpers for daily dispatch.
• Prepare loading/delivery documents and ensure readability and completeness.
• Update fleet, plant and delivery site status through coordination.
• Monitor GPS for real-time movement of units.
• Coordinate with maintenance on truck status before repairs.
• Ensure health and safety policy compliance for drivers and helpers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales/account executives in-case of trip diversion.
• Send delivery status updates via email/Viber to logistics stakeholders.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate them promptly.
• Verify documents required for loading and delivery before dispatch.
