Job summary

Megacem Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a logistics dispatcher to ensure seamless turnover between outgoing and incoming dispatchers and to manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets aligned with company goals.

The role coordinates loading and delivery with sales and customers, schedules trips for cement deliveries, ensures driver and helper presence, and secures all loading/delivery documents. It also monitors GPS, updates fleet status, and reports incidents and delivery updates via email or

Job description

Observe and ensure that turn-over of responsibility is properly implemented from the out-going dispatcher to the in-coming dispatcher.

Achieved set KPI for daily, weekly and monthly aligned with the company goals for its department.

Coordinate with sales / customer for loading and delivery advised, trip allocation and schedule for receiving of cement to avoid long que at site or at delivery sites.

Ensure the presence of all drivers and helpers to allocate the delivery daily and immediately dispatch to the customer.

Secure all necessary documents needed for loading and delivery before dispatching. Ensure that all details needed are clearly printed and readable. (e.g. Authority to Withdraw, Delivery Receipt, Driver’s Report Form and etc.)

Updating of fleet, plant and delivery site status thru coordination of all concerns from loading to plant and to customer site.

Coordinate with sales account executive in-case of trip diversion.

Monitor truck status while at plant for loading and at site while waiting to unload and coordinate with sales and customer if necessary.

Send truck delivery status thru email and viber to all concern in logistic operation.

Prepare and send thru email / viber for an incident report encounter to his/her shift immediately.

Monitoring of GPS to establish real time movement of all units.

Ensure trip allowance of the driver and helper before dispatch and secure liquidation report upon turn-over per shift.

Coordinate with maintenance team regarding truck status base from driver’s report before sending the unit to motorpool for repair.

Ensure that all drivers and helpers are in compliance to our health and safety policy.
