Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling and dispatch of service orders, deliveries, or field personnel to meet SLAs.
• Audit delivery performance and KPIs using various apps and dashboards.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and update stakeholders on order status.
• Generate weekly performance updates and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot schedule conflicts with drivers/technicians and document events.
