Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with updates regarding shipments, deliveries, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments regarding customer requests.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or other concerns.
• Assist customers with their logistics-related concerns and requests.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, suppliers, and other service providers when needed.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Follow up on pending documents and other shipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Assist with other customer service and logistics-related tasks as assigned.
