Responsibilities
- Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay.
- Monitor port call execution closely with agents and vendors.
- Follow up with local port agents for operational requirements.
- Provide ships agency support and advice to customers.
- Promote products and services to customers proactively.
- Coordinate all Hub Agreement related jobs.
