Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional when dealing with clients.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with updates regarding shipments, deliveries, and schedules.
• Coordinate with the Operations and other departments regarding customer requests.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or other concerns.
• Assist customers with their logistics-related concerns and requests.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, suppliers, and other service providers when needed.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Follow up on pending documents and other shipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
