Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export, shipping processes, and freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments, bookings, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to customers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customer-related documents.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communications.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
