Job summary

Talento Solution Inc. is seeking a Logistics Assistant with freight forwarding experience to support daily logistics and shipment operations.

The role will assist in coordinating shipments, preparing documents, monitoring cargo movement, and communicating with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in logistics, with strong Excel and Word skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
1–2 years in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating import and export shipments.
Monitor shipment schedules, cargo status, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and organize shipping and logistics documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, and clients.
Assist in processing shipping, customs, and delivery-related documents.
Follow up on shipment status and provide updates to concerned parties.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions.
Assist in resolving shipment delays and other operational concerns.
Ensure timely and accurate encoding of shipment information.
Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.
