Job summary

Jlt Customs Brokerage in Metro Manila is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end shipment operations from origin to final delivery, ensuring on-time performance and accuracy of documentation.

The role requires coordinating with carriers, brokers, and clients, reviewing invoices and permits, and maintaining shipment visibility while meeting regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or shipment operations.
• Experience in end-to-end shipment coordination and operational monitoring is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational monitoring of shipments from origin to delivery.
• Track milestones: booking confirmation, ETD, ATD, ETA, manifest validation, cargo discharge, and delivery completion.
• Review and validate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, and permits.
• Ensure shipment readiness before customs clearance processing.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, agents, warehouses, trucking providers, and clients.
