Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehousing or distribution role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
• A proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
• Coordinate the scheduling of import and export including loading/unloading and maintaining of records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to optimize space utilization and minimize waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
• Collaborate with production, procurement to align logistics activities with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all logistics-related processes.
• Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.
